How to order
The complete Keys Dry-For-Life range should always be in stock. And remember we have deducted the VAT from all the items in the Dry-For-Life range that qualify for VAT exemption so the prices you see are what you pay.
Order direct from this website
All the Keys Dry-For-Life range of products are available online and can be ordered through our Secure Servers and Shopping Cart. Simply browse through the product pages and choose the items you would like to try. Then select the options for the item you are interested in and click the "Add to cart" button. When you have added all the items you wish to order please click the "Check cart" link at the top of each page to continue with your order. Finally click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the Secure Order Form page where you will need to fill in your address and payment details. You will then be sent an order conformation via email.

All orders placed online are encrypted and processed via a secure server at www.securehosting.com which cannot be externally viewed.

Mail order delivery
We always do our best to send you the goods you order promptly. We usually manage to send stock items the same day. Please remember to order your products in time to allow for delivery so you don't run out of essential items. Also for information on our 'auto-delivery' service Click here
Delivery on items under ฃ3.00 will be ฃ0.95, Single pairs of protective pants: ฃ2.95, all other orders: ฃ3.95. 24 hour Sprint Service on stock items: ฃ8.95 any quantity. (Next day deliveries are made on Monday to Friday only. and must be ordered before 11.30am. We regret that we cannot guarantee 24 hour delivery to Scotland.)
International orders
We can despatch to anywhere in the world and will quote for delivery outside the UK at the time of the order. (A quote can be sent via telephone, fax or email)
Credit and debit cards
All credit and bank card transactions are charged at the time the order is dispatched. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
VAT Exempt products
Thanks to government tax allowances for medical related products you do not pay VAT on continence related items.
Any items that qualify as VAT FREE have the VAT deducted so the prices shown are the prices you pay.
VAT FREE items will be indicated as VAT FREE.
For any items that do not qualify, you pay the normal price including VAT.
Your Guarantee of Quality and Service
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or just change your mind, simply send back the goods unused and in the original packaging for a full refund on products only, (this does not apply to any postage paid). This guarantee does not affect your normal statutory rights.
